Code of Ethics
Broadband Infraco’s Code of Ethics strive to ensure that everyone involved with Broadband Infraco conducts business with the highest standards of ethics, desired business conduct and professional behaviour and that the integrity of both Broadband Infraco and its employees are not compromised.
The Code applies to Broadband Infraco Board of Directors, employees, representatives, agents, consultants, independent contractors and suppliers of Broadband Infraco.
The Code also serves to regulate the relationship between Broadband Infraco and its customers, business partners, government and the community. Other important aspects addressed in the Code include professional behaviour, conflict of interest, privacy, discrimination, use of Broadband Infraco resources and financial misconduct.
