Broadband Infraco as a State Owned Enterprise operating within a specific focus area of the telecommunications sector believes that it has a fundamental responsibility to assist in building sustainable communities in South Africa by contributing towards access to Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) and services by communities in which it operates. Broadband Infraco has therefore developed a Corporate Social Economic Development (CSED) policy which is aligned to the company's mandate and strategy of "expanding availability and affordability to electronic communications a networks and services, including but not limited to underdeveloped and underserviced areas.
