Mandla Ngcobo
Chairman of the Board
Mr Ngcobo served as Chief Executive Officer of Telkom Media, (also known as Super 5 Media (Pty) Ltd.), a subsidiary of Telkom SA Ltd., since April 1, 2007. Mr. Ngcobo served as Chief of Corporate Affairs of Telkom SA Ltd. from September 1, 2005 to March 2007. Mr. Ngcobo joined Telkom SA Ltd. in 1998 and served as Group Executive - Legal Services. Before joining Telkom on September 1998, he was in private practice in Durban and Johannesburg. He served as General Secretary of the Black Lawyers Association, Gauteng Branch. Mr. Ngcobo has served as a non-executive director at Brait South Africa. He serves as a member of the remuneration sub-committee of the 2010 FIFA World Cup Local Organising Committee. He served as member of the 2010 FIFA World Cup Bid Company. Mr. Ngcobo qualified with an LLB degree from the then Natal University and graduated with a LLM in Company Law at Wits University. He attended the University of Cape Town's Graduate School of Business. |

Anthony has over 10 years' experience in Consulting and in Business Management, the last 8 being in the Telecommunications industry. He started his career at McKinsey & Company where he was a strategy consultant. In 2001, Anthony joined MTN, and in the process gained a wide experience in telecommunications, having done various projects in the sector. He was a core team member of MTN Group's project that sought to position MTN as a major shareholder in the then to be licensed Second National Operator (SNO), now Neotel, a role in which he was intimately involved in assessing Transtel's and Esitel's telecommunications network. Anthony worked with both internal and external staff to develop the business case for SNO, whose vision was broadband focused entity leveraging both mobile and fixed line assets.

Ramasela Magoele
Chief Financial Officer
Ms Magoele obtained her BCom at Vista University in 1994 and went on to obtain her BCom (Hons) with the University of Pretoria in 1998. She qualified as a CA (SA) in 1999.
Ms Magoele's corporate career commenced with Deloitte and touche in 1998 as a Trainee Accountant until 2001 and she moved on to Vodacom as a Financial Manager: Marketing. In 2001 she joined SARS as a Forensic Auditor and thereafter joined Telkom as a Senior Financial Manager until March 2004. She subsequently worked at Gensec Property Services as the CFO and Company Secretary until July 2007. She worked at Anglo Platinum as a Senior Finance Manager: Investor Relations and moved on as the CFO at the National Nuclear Regulator from 2008 until she joined Broadband Infraco in July 2010. |
